According to Rama Budisetyo, public relations manager of Bracha Villa in Bali, many foreign tourists chose villas that are located in the heart of the city and not very far from the main road so they can go have a party or just hang out.
"These kinds of tourists are our targets, in addition to those who are in honeymoon journeys," he said.
Bali has special appeals for foreign tourists. One of them is Nusa Dua Beach, which takes the 13th place in Travelers' Choice Beaches Award by TripAdvisore. Seminyak becomes the tourists' choice due to many cheap and expensive hotels that resided around the area.
Bracha Villa, which is included in the Premier Hospitality Asia management, has typical architecture of Bali. With price ranging from US$225 to US$425, this villa becomes a favorite among tourists from Europe, Australia and Korea.
That choice becomes an alternative besides Ubud, Nusa Dua and Uluwatu, especially for those who like serenity and solitude. "It is based on age factor, while Seminyak is for those who like a cozy place but still want to hang out," said Rama.
Rama said luxury villa is fancied by the rich. "They go to villas, rather than budget hotels. So, they are the one who own the villa segment. They won't go to a budget hotel," he said.
